General conditions:
All prices exclude travel and delivery costs.
The key currency is HK dollars, which will be converted to the customer's currency when the order is placed.
Working hours per day: 8 hours (excluding breaks)
Working days: Monday to Friday
Public holidays at the place of operation.
No standard prices for hourly or half-day services.
Surcharge for Saturday, Sunday, overtime and public holidays: +120%
Tax outside China is excluded and no side-agreement!

Travel Expenses:
By car up to a maximum distance of 200 km from our location in Shenzhen. China mainland: 4.20 HKD/km, HK: 5.80 HKD/km
If the distance is more than 200 km, flight and train costs will be charged directly plus 10% processing.
Flight, Taxi and train tickets are booked with a maximum of Economy Class, ensuring cost-effective travel.
Rental car costs outside mainland China will be charged directly, including a 10% processing fee plus the KM rate:
TH: 4.10 HKD/km, VN: 3.80 HKD/km, JP: 8.50 HKD/km

Discounts:
Regular customers with 5-10 projects: -10%
Regular customers with >10 projects: -15%
Booking with QC Package: -25%
Online booking: -10%
Expenses Cost are excluded from discounts.

Price list valid from February 1, 2025, until revoked or renewed.
